We can select if it was a client preferred contractor or our own contractor add descriptions, scheduled times, justification, onsite contact details and address. we have many different options so we are aware of what we need to do as soon as we take over the day or night shift and acts as a handover as it shows us any new issues or jobs logged, how many jobs we need to refer to the clients preferred contractors or where we have exhausted client preferred and now need to look to appoint out own contractor. Once the job is logged it gives us a reference that we can give to our contractors so they can add this to their invoice so we can easily locate or search when getting feedback on a job. Once it is logged we can add notes which we can then send as a report / job sheet so our client is aware of what action we have taken. We have other options where once we have the feedback we can move to a different tab which may be follow up required or if follow up has been received send the report and move to needs invoicing. If we have sent the client preferred contractor we send the report and move to the completed folder. The emails of our clients are integrated seamlessly so once we have selected the client as to which the job refers to we can send with a click of a button and also tick if we would like to add images or pdfs or documents. The interface is really easy to use and i will be looking to use this system when i set up my own business as this is a great tool for us. There is so much more that can be done all tailored to what you need it for. The folders can be changed to what you wish to change them to as each business is different. So I would highly recommend contacting them and look at how it might work for you. I have seen comments about the phone app which we never use as we work from a pc or laptop and it work’s seamlessly. If not using it i really think businesses who need this are missing out a trick and will only be levelling up the service they provide to customers and clients.
